Produced by a group of smallholder farmers, this coffee is carefully selected at peak ripeness before undergoing natural processing and slow drying. The result is a fruit-forward cup with ripe tropical character, wine-like depth, and a sweet, expressive finish.

Roasted as a limited special release to preserve the character of the coffee and highlight its natural fruit profile.
